1.What is your minimum order quantity?

    There is no MOQ in our shop, and one piece can also enjoy the ex-factory price.

    2. Can I have a discount?

    Yes, for large orders and regular customers, we give reasonable discounts.

    3. Do you provide customized services?

    Yes, we provide stock products, and also provide customized services such as logos, colors and packaging. Just send the design and logo you like.

    4. When is the delivery time?

    *Sample order: items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 days
    *Large orders: 15-35 days, depending on quantity and design
    We ship by ePacket, DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS and other standards. Also available on request.

    Please note: Orders are not shipped on national holidays, so delivery may take longer than expected during these periods.

    5. Will the jewelry fade?

    We do high-quality electroplating and painting, free of lead and nickel,

    8. Can I change my shipping address?

    It is not necessarily possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the package is in transit. You can use the websites of our delivery partners to arrange the delivery of your parcel in the way that best suits you.

    It can be ship to other countries, we support drop shipping. If you need to send to multiple addresses, please contact us for confirmation.

    10. Where is my package?

    Please check your delivery confirmation email to track your package
    If the tracking system shows that your package has been delivered, check to see if anyone else has picked it up at your address, or it has been delivered to your neighbours.
    Otherwise, check your inbox for attempted delivery notifications.
    If you cannot locate your package, please contact Customer Service and have your order number and tracking number ready.
