  • How to tell whether a product can be pre-ordered?
    A “Book Now” button will be displayed on the product details page. Click the button to add the product to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
  • Can I use coupons when ordering goods?
    If your shopping bag contains other eligible products, you can use the coupon offer. For more detailed information, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” of your coupon.
  • How do I know when the goods I ordered will be shipped?
    The estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout and notified to you via the order confirmation email.
  • Can I arrange a delivery date for my pre-ordered goods?
    On-time delivery service is not available for any orders that include pre-ordered products.
  • Can I cancel my pre-ordered goods?
    Yes, if your order status has not yet been processed by the system. In order to cancel your reservation, please contact our support team who will process your request. We recommend calling us as soon as possible during our support team’s office hours so that we can guarantee that your reservation will be canceled as soon as possible.
  • Can I return the goods I ordered?
    Yes, our return policy covers all products.
